He was incompetent that much is clear, however they did tell you the hourly rate and he was there for that amount of time. You can try to call and haggle a lower price since they didn't hold up their end of the bargain, but he'll need to be paid something for his time.

@cee134 I just use the basic Netflix and Hulu. There's a lot more options though. I think I originally bought into the 75mbps and that was plenty. Comcast recently upgraded it to 100mbps at no extra charge. I have no issues streaming and don't miss cable at all.

Love my condo. HOA fees suck, but mine cover the water bill, garbage, pool, gym, gate, grounds etc. IMO, any place where I don't have to mow the lawn or worry about how much water I'm using is worth it.
