Yes - I tried it. Once you get in to it it's fairly easy to manage and to be fair it does work. It's the same as any other regime really, you have to stick to it. Do it. It's really good fun - everyone is so busy concentrating on not falling over they won't notice if you're going the wrong way!! Happy, feel good music, motivating and fun plus it's good exercise - what's not to like?

Count me in. I'm 5' 1" and currently 142 lb. I'm 55 next month - definitely tougher at my age than when I was younger. My goal is around 120 but guess I'll be happy if I can get under 130. Lost 4 lbs so far so a long way to go.

It's probably too soon for you to see any results yet. I know it seems unfair - I've been there - but trust me, stick with it - be patient and it will happen. I will say though that you should try not to eat less than your allowed calorie intake, all that happens is that your body slows everything right down making things…

Try it cooked in the oven in lemon juice and topped with green pesto and a few green beans. Wrap it all in foil, it steams and absorbs the flavour of the lemon and pesto. Serve with either salad or a few boiled potatoes. Easy, fast and yummy....
