I buy the big bags of frozen raspberries and strawberries along with the Light Cool Whip. It's good to hear that the natural sugars like those in fruit and milk don't count! I was worried when I ate a banana this morning and saw it has 14 g of sugar when my daily limit says 24 g. I will now only keep track of the refined sugars. Thanks so much everyone for your posts!

I love love love Extreme Pita! I live in Canada so I'm not 100% sure if they have them in the States or not. It's awesome because the pita itself isn't as many carbs as bread, and they also list all the calories on the menu! For a small size pita most are under 400 calories and packed with veggies :)
