Fresh creamy homemade tofu , 3/4 cup = 132 calories, topped with a Tb of really good tamari sauce= 10 calories for a total of 142. Slice or two of pickled ginger on the side. Heavenly trip right back to Japan.

I've been portioning out kettle corn into baggies to just grab and go as a snack.. 1 1/2 cups is 105 calories and usually sates my need for something sweet/salty.

    :)

A couple of tablespoons of PB2. (Powdered Peanut butter).

It's not great, but it gets me past the urge.

Snacks under 150 calories don't really happen in my life. I might eat 4 meals in one day, and they might be small meals, but if I'm hungry, it's time for a meal. Otherwise, I don't eat.

I take a blueberry cinnamon pop cake (see below) and put 1/2tbsp of fat free cool whip on each one and sprikle with cinnamon and splenda on it (mix cinnamon and splenda together first, trust me).

I usually eat four of them so it ends up being 79 calories total.

Ummmmm, what is this pop cake you speak of and where might find some?
You can get them at whole foods, giant, and wegmans. Probably other places, too, I just know of those. It's like a puffier mix between a rice cake and a chip.

Chobani Pineapple Yogurt is my favorite.

    If I need chocolate:
    Wheat Thins, 13 @ 8.75 calories each = 113.75
    Nutella, 1 tsp @ 33 calories = 33

    Total = 146.75

The salt in the Wheat Thins amplifies the chocolate, so it takes a lot less Nutella than one would think.

    Sugar-free Popsicles!

If these were not in existance, I would be significantly overweight. Sugar-free popsicles are my saviors.

    * Fiber Plus bar: 130 cals (170 cals for the fiber protein bars)

  • I buy the big bags of frozen raspberries and strawberries along with the Light Cool Whip. I take one half cup of strawberries + one half cup of raspberries and top it with 3 tablespoons of the cool whip and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes so it thaws (or put it in the microwave on defrost for 20 seconds). The berries are only 70 calories and the cool whip is 35, so 105 calories in total. Mix it all up and it is soooo yummy for an after dinner treat! :)

    Baby carrots.
Great for someone like me who's too lazy to peel an actual carrot and it's also great on the go.
