lotsa water...make sure you are stretching after your workout, and hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds....

I've lost 28lbs in 2 months... almost 30 now!

I just made Avocado ice cream.... 1 C almond milk, half an avocado, 2 packets of Truvia. OMG so yummy!

That is what I do on my work days... Log everything in and take it to work with me. Works well for me. :)

I used to be a weigh everyday kind of girl... I stopped that about 4 weeks ago and am so happy that I did. I actually took the scale and put it away, it comes out once a week now. It is such a nice surprise to see my progress for the week! Whooo, today is my favorite day of the week... weigh in day!

I eat bread on occasion... I just make sure that it is a healthy whole grain bread. Really, there is not one thing in my diet that I CAN'T have. For the most part I eat as clean as I can, keeping processed foods to a minimum. Eat your bread and don't feel guilty~ :)
