I did the juice cleanse and found out the hard way I have a very strong Beet intolerance. I didn't last after throwing up all of day one. It kicked my stomach pretty hard. I haven't tried since then but I plan to ease into it. 3 days before I went on it I weaned my body from meat and junk. I ate mostly fruits and…

I'm 5'1" and my goal weight is 115 depending on what my body fat is when I get there. Ideally I would like to be at 18% so whether that is a little less or a little more, that is the image I am striving for :)

Drink water, wait 15 minutes, if you still truly FEEL hungry, then eat.

Wow! You look great! I've been thinking about starting but haven't been motivated enough until now! Thank you! Have you been doing any other exercise or changing your eating habits at all? Or is this all just insanity?

Cold: Yes. Flu: No. Basically if you have a fever don't. Otherwise working out will actually make you feel better faster!! Make sure you hydrate a ton before so, that will also help your head. Feel better soon and good luck!

Dehydration can often be mistaken as hunger. Drink a glass of water and if you are still hungry in 15 minutes eat something long filling. Proteins fiber etc.

Or in other words look at how many calories you burn per day and add 300 to that and that is what you should be eating daily. So if 1200…

It sounds like increasing the amount of food you eat in a day might help. Calories = Energy. Working out subtracts the energy (or calories) and your body needs the energy to maintain daily needs (breathing, blinking, pumping blood, walking, talking etc.) If your body isn't getting enough energy to do daily activities and…

Try making small goals. Maybe 2 or 3 mornings a week to get started. And do something simple or fun. Maybe yoga? Go for a short walk? Then build up to the harder things when you get in the habit and you WILL get motivated to do more once you are in the habit. Hope this helps! :)

If you want bigger muscle mass, fewer reps with more weight increases muscle size. If you want muscular tone/endurance, more reps with less weight tones the muscle.

Keep up the great work!!

A week in a half really isn't that much time. Also, your body is having to adjust to new eating habits. You are probably eating less than what your body has been used to so your body could be going through what is called starvation mode. This is when your metabolism slows down because your body doesn't know when it will…

Every person's respiratory system is different. You have been training your body for what sounds like tae bo and hiking. If you haven't been jogging very much it is no surprise you are getting winded and tired because that isn't what your respiratory system has been trained to do. Just keep training for jogging and soon…
