Healthy alternatives?
I LOVE sandwiches and equally love bread. So to cut down on calories and carbs I have been only using one slice of bread and wrapping it in lettuce like a halfway unwich that still satisfies my bread load :) What kind of healthy alternatives are your favorites?

Eating back exercise calories late at night?
Hey guys, So I know it's not the best option to eat before bed, but I have about 800 calories from exercise left over for the day. Should I eat them back? Or just skip it? Thanks, Ignotus

Not hungry, but so many extra calories.
Because of how busy and active my job is, my eating schedule isn't the greatest. Don't get me wrong, I make time to eat three times a day but they are usually small portions. I don't get the amount of calories recommended per day. I always feel full and satisfied though. Any advice??
