Not hungry, but so many extra calories.

Because of how busy and active my job is, my eating schedule isn't the greatest. Don't get me wrong, I make time to eat three times a day but they are usually small portions. I don't get the amount of calories recommended per day. I always feel full and satisfied though.

Any advice??

    Try incorporating nuts into your diet. Very calorie dense and don't tend to be very filling for a small portion.

    Or you could slowly add a little extra to each meal every couple of days and get used to it.
