So I should up my calories...keep running and mix in some lifting to with it aswell.

thx for the replies,..the calories burned on my run was from todays 5 1/2 mile run.....so you think i should up my intake with nuts/snacks along with non dietary meals/yoghurts etc???

I only have enough time to do a 3 miler before taking the children to school. I would be home in bed for 8.30 and would have to get up at 1.45 pm fo fit another 3 miler in before collecting the children from school. Some days I would be able to get to bed for 7.30 when I dont have to do the school run.i just dont want to…

Thx for the replies...I worked out my fat burning zone by subtracting my age from 220 and then working out the percentage of that for fat burning. I think im just going to run and let the rest take care of its self

so why the need for a heart rate monitor???forgive me being stupid but the only reason i bought the hrm was to monitor my hr to keep within the "zone"...if its not needed should i take it back and just run like we did before hrm were around?? thx for the replies
