Age: 20 Height: 5' 10.75" Weight: 260 Goal Weight: 180* * I actually don't have a set goal weight. This is the weight the charts and calculators tell me I should be at, but I'm going more by measurements and how I feel about myself. I'll stop when I get to a comfortable spot.

6 feet tall, I started with 90 pounds to lose and now I have only 72 left to go.

I don't think mine is going to be dead on, even if I do keep under the suggested amount of calories. I have bad days where I'm over on fat and stuff, but so far in two weeks I've only lost 2 pounds.

I've been aiming for 45 minutes of cardio a day, and so far I've done it! Mon-Fri I'm able to go to a gym, where I do 30 minutes on an elliptical type machine (I don't know the exact name for it, but it's cardio and REALLY gets my heart rate up), then 15 minutes on a stationary bike . . . then I go do resistance training…

I am also very open minded. I graduated high school at age 17. Apparently I have good hair xD That's all I can think of.

Ah, Pescetarianism. I was one for a year! Try some Boca products! Boca Burgers are delicious; they are soy products. As far as you not losing this week, just give it some time! Let your body adjust a little more. See how things go next week!

Take off the peels and put them in the freezer in a bag. That way they won't go bad and you can use them for smoothies over the next week or so. EDIT: OH, and if you make a smoothie...use almond milk in it instead of regular milk. Less calories, plus it's delicious.

I don't think you track working, working you put under lifestyle (where you choose if you have a sedentary lifestyle, etc.). Then your calories and such should be calculated to match your working, and exercise is counted separately.

Usually I eat an Ezekiel Bread 4:9 Sprouted Grain English Muffin with a scrambled egg, give or take one slice of provolone cheese. At least that's what I've been eating lately. I'm about to start eating some oatmeal every once in a while.

I'm here to support you all you need! I hate to exercise, but I have do some light cycling every day and it actually burns a good amount of calories. I'm working on some strength training with 5 pound weights and it's not too much effort!

I've also gained a bit this week, maybe because I'm eating a bit more than I usually do (and I've been working out), but I am also in love with this site! I'm excited to see how my weight loss goes with using the tools they have.

I'm 6 feet tall and at 245 now. However, at my lowest of 205 when I was a cheerleader, I felt a lot more "girly." Right now I feel like a big blob of giant xP But when I was thinner I felt great!

I haven't been eating my exercise calories, but I want to lose more than 2 pounds per week sooo.... I'm trying to figure out what I should do and am trying to find ways I can go about eating enough calories so I'm 1200+ after exercise.

It takes some getting used to, but if you're worried about balance you can hold onto the resistance bands. You don't have to do anything with them, but just holding onto them helps with your balance! I find that very helpful as I am a naturally clumsy and unbalanced person.

This is what I use to cycle with - http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/view.2/app.detail/params.tpl.csweb.cm_scid.cswb.item.F09031 Sometimes I just don't feel like running, so as shown in the video you can use it to "cycle". While on my laptop or watching Television, I just turn the resistance up and cycle. It burns a lot…
