No I didn't like how misleading the subscription was and quality was subpar. Old navy and gap had less expensive work out gear and quality is fine but nothing beats lulu, athleta, or Nike. You really get what you pay for!

I am th same way and need help too! Taking multivitamins, magnesium, and drinking lots of water helps a little bit but remember you burn up to 300 extra calories a day the week before your period, so give yourself a break!

Thank you everyone. I didn't wear my Fitbit yesterday and I didn't know it would subtract from my calorie goal, I just recently synced it. I guess the device is smarter than me!

uneducated about nutrition growing up. As an adult I've had to learn how to eat right. I also never was very sporty or active!
