  • I don't see any food recorded for breakfast - There are quite a few snacks....do you work late? Whatever you may think and whatever you may feel, breakfast is a MUST. It gives your metabolism the kick-start needed to start the day......:-)
  • I'm no expert, but your calorie intake seems to flucuate too much plus your water intake shows '0'.....Water intake is an essential tool in loosing weight.....:-)

  • I measure myself on the day of my 'weigh-in' - that way, if the scales haven't moved the tape measure usually says different. Google - where to take the measurements of my body.....and see what you come up with. I found an illustration showing where to place the tape....good luck ...:-)
  • Try admiring your new-look body in the mirror......or get out the tape measure and checking how the numbers are getting smaller as you are getting smaller.....But, knowing yourself that you have lost extra weight should be enough for you to feel great about getting to the next goal wieght...:-)
  • Try having more to eat at breakfast...look upon that as the main meal of the day....and try to use up a few more calories. Your body thinks that your starving it therefore it's holding on to what you are giving it... :-) and drink plenty water....
