Perhaps you've cut back too much on your calorie intake. Try upping it to the 1900 for a week or two and see how you go...best of luck..I and 5"8' and weiged 209lbs - am now 152lbs. I made it a slow loss of no more than 1lb a week, and it worked. :smile:

No - you're daily calorie allowance should be set to your life-style...e.g. sedentary, looking after children,,etc.

Yes, count everything. Veges should be a major part of your daily intake...

I totatally agree with all the above!!! It's YOUR day ...enjoy...without a twinge of guilt...It's Mothers' Day here too, in New Zealand. I'd rather not have the hassle of expecting to be pampered for thisone day. Why not every day of the year???..:-}

Ask yourself....'how bad do Iwant to loose my weight?' it is only something you can do...You can't delegate, but you can always come back later, but to what??? A heavy more discontented you? Think of your choices before you give up .....It is always the rough road that turns out to be the easiest, in the end....good luck...
