Hi All Feel free to add me, I am back too after losing then gaining. This time around I feel more positive and enthusiastic, and have learnt so many things. I record every day, and announce my mini goals, to my MFP buddies as well as blog every 4 weeks with my stats etc. :)

Do your research! Most takeaways are now displaying the nutritional information on their websites, so maybe look at what you would love and then go from there. Chips are always high in calories. Ive seen these too, usually in the chilled section. Ive seen these reduced to clear at times too, which could be great for those that want egg whites and can use them within a couple of days.

Yes protein is the key, I try and consume protein at lunch and always dinner. Usually porridge in the morning for me as it fills me up until morning tea/snack time around 10 - 11am. Another idea for a sweet treat for dessert.
