My breakfast is normally 200 or less lunch 400 or less and dinner 600 or so.... When I was doing this before I lost 80 lbs in 5 months...

I dont know the physics behind weight loss but I know from personal experience at 300+ lbs that if I dont exercise I can lose 1 or so pounds per week at best with diet alone. Exercise is a must (for me at least) to lose weight not just maintain

Yes in 2009 I lost 80 pounds and gained it all back plus some after I got pregnant!
