I like intermittent fasting it helps with my binge tendancies. I try for 1-2 24 hour fasts per week. It is not too hard. I stop eating after dinner skip breakfast and lunch and eat dinner the next day

I hate my polar ft4 I am never in the zone and it says I burn hardly any calories. JUNK

I hate that it matters! I dont want it to matter, but I am attracted to ECTO every time. I like small guys which stinks because I am totally the opposite of small.

I have the same problem. do you have a desk job that you can eat at work? Instead of eating at 6:30 before I leave my house I now eat at 8 when I am at work. It makes lunch time seem not so far off. I usually have cereal or oatmeal (steel cut oats stick with me pretty well)

I mix my pasta and my rice. 1/2 spaghetti squash 1/2 pasta or 1/2 cauliflower "rice" and 1/2 rice

Thanks everyone. Luckily for me the stressful days are rare. And although I cant get away from my desk I can take a breather for a few minutes. Next time I might try walking out to my car and getting some fresh air. I also thought about having some listerine at work LOL After you use that NOTHING tastes good for a while…

i eat about 1500 cals a day and do cardio 45 mintes and weights 20ish minuts every day

I also have a polar FT4, but the only devices that will accurately track all day activity are things like the body bugg and bodymedia fit. You could wear the polar ft4 all day, but it is meant to wear during exercise. The chest strap is comfortable and I am a big girl. There is no alarm when you "overdo" that I know of but…

depends what kind of person you are. I love dinner so I stay under 200 for breakfast
