I will be newly preop (my gastric bypass is feb 28) BUT how do you set a goal after surgery. Does your bosy just lose how its going to lose or can you help it along? I never thought about achieving goals before I thought it just did what it wanted

How low will the MFP calorie goal go?
When I started I was at a 1820 calories goal per day I have since lost 47 pounds and my MFP calcualted I should eat 154o I currently weigh 286 pounds I Have a LONG LONG way to my goal. how low will it put my calories because even at 186 pounds 1500 doesnt sounds like too many calories

When I work out does it make a huge difference if I keep my Heart rate close to the max the whole time. MFP calories burned vs machine display
There is a HUGE difference in the calories when I enter my exercise into MFP. 30 minutes on the elliptical MFP says is 658 calories. The elliptical itself (after I enter my weight) says 170. Why is there that huge of a discrepency and which should I believe?

When I was pregnant I was on a message board, and you know all prrgnant women are worried about looking fat. Well the ads on there were all about weight loss and nice skinny women. Now here I just saw an ad that said BIGGGER IS BETTER. I thought that was so funny!
