I want a DVD to do at home HOWEVER I have tried many and I cant get the dancy movements down and get frustrated. I am looking more for a good video that is weights specifically kettlebells. Does anyone have any recommendations. Something with out moves needing coordination. Yes I am one of those people who cant pat their head and rub their belly at the same time LOL

Jillian Michaels "Shed It With Weights" is a pretty good kettlebell workout. It has two levels so you can progress when you get level one down (which I have not yet done!) Just keep in mind, she is a tough cookie and really works the crap out of you!

Just a suggestion I haven't actually done it but Jillian Michaels has many DVD's and I noticed a Kettle ball on the back of one the other day You might just have to look next time your at Walmart for it... Her workouts are tough though

I love Kettle Worx! I am with you on the no coordination and those dancy moves are too much for me. I have been using it for 3 weeks now, and I moved my kettle bell up from 3 lbs to 5 lbs this week, and my arms are Jello! I love this workout, because with warmup and cool down it is no more than 30 minutes. It really is doing wonders! I haven't weighed myself, because I gave up the scale for Lent, but I did have to move my belt in a notch and the strap that goes to my HRM needed tightened this week. I have to say I am quite impressed!

Hello! I love kettle bells! I do Jillian Michaels' Shred it with weights and Amy Bento KB work outs. KBs give you great work out for a very short time and you work the whole body! My library has some work out DVDs and some times I check out the dvds from there before I buy.
