33 pounds gone = only 10% of my weight

The before pictures were taken 40 days ago. It hasn't been easy but it is worth it!

    You need to put before and after each link, but change IMG to lower case! :o)

    i eat about 1500 cals a day and do cardio 45 mintes and weights 20ish minuts every day
