Have any of you ladies (or gents) used this book? I just ordered it and I wanted to see if it's been successful for others.

  • I'm about half way finished with the program and I love the results so far. This was perfect for me because it came with workout routine and a nutrition plan.

I read the original version (the one for women was published later), but it was fantastic. A no-frills, bare bones guide to how to lift weights, gain strength and add lean muscle. I'd highly recommend either version to anyone who's either new to weight lifting or looking to gain new insight and perspective.

Awesome, I'm definitely looking for something with more routine and guidance. I've managed to do well with my diet so far, but my workouts as a whole have no direction. I'll post back when I have a better idea of the benefits!
