hhmm yes and no. How much water is one bottle? I have drank already 10 glasses of water so far. So 1 is you are not eating filling foods ie protein/fibre and or not enough water.

how much did you up your calories by? I'm in the same situation.. weight not budging in. So this week I upped my calories to 1750 net. I will try that for a few weeks and see what happens. I am like you too I exercise 5-6 times a week too and sometimes twice a day. So I don't understand why the weight is not coming off.

BBL.. I've done some of the work outs and definitely feel it.. sore even 2 days after.. good sore though. So if Booty is your goal.. this is the way to go

Yes same here. I guess what I was trying to get across is that once you figured out maintenance calories you can then set your calorie goal to lose weight.

I totally know what you mean. I am getting addicted to working out and when I don't I feel horrible, its like you said I failed. So what i've been trying to do is even on my off days just do a walk or dance all at low intensity. that way I feel like I did do something

Wow really? I'll sure give a try. funny enough i was just rubbing my knees with some cream my mom has. I did 1hr of interval training boot camp style and some elleptical workout this morning and my knees do really really hurt!!! taking cardio off tomorrow.

I don't live in TO but I can totally relate to your challenges. I face the same situation on weekends. What I've been trying to do is do a bit more excersice if I know I am going to eat not so healthy food.

I usually hit the Gym when I know I'm going to go over my calories because I made some not smart choices during the day. Half an hour of jogging or eleptical will give you some calories to eat.
