Hello Everyone, I just seriously started the Keto diet five days ago and last night I started itching everywhere it seems. there is no rush just itchiness. Has anyone experience this before? and does it go away after a few days?

I just discovered a protein called So Soya from the bulk barn.. i tried it yesterday and it actually doesn't taste bad at all. For 34g you get 100cal, 6g of fiber, 0.3 Fat and 18g of protein. feeling sick while working out
I can say that an average fit person, even though i weight a lot i work hard at the gym.... but a few times now while on the stair master OMG i feel like i'm going to be sick, i ususally do 20 min on this machine but i was only able to do 6min. Protein and weight loss
