well i am very happy to share with fellow MFP members that I finally seem to have break the plateu... i had been at 200 for the last 6 months maybe loosing 1 or gaining 1...was eating and excercing but the scale didn't seem to budge. So doing some reading I realized my protein intake was very low..so i increased it, I was eating 1600 min cals so I decreased to 1200, I have been also doing high calories days maybe 1 day a week just to keep my body guessing. I have also change my workout times..instead of in the AM i'm trying afternoon, midday and morning... so 1st wk 2 pounds gone...tihs week another 3pounds... yeah!!!!!!
