I workout alone, as others said it is "ME" time, but if my freinds ask me to walk the Bike Path with them I always go, becuase it is so much fun! Or my freind takes me to her Gym sometimes, also fun. Why limit yourself? DO IT ALL!!!!!! :bigsmile:

My son & I just started playing street hockey, even though I have been a rabid Bruins fan for decades. I have a new appreciation for the HITS & INJURIES, especially being hit by the puck! And my son & I don't throw down and fight at all, but I bet that hurts too!:sad: Still love my Bs but right now rootin' for Jersey, so…

I already answered french fries, but also these potato chips called Cape Cod Chips, especially the salt & vinegar. I have not had them in like 9 years. They are my Kryptonite!

Mostly French fries, I have had the maybe three times in the past 10 years. I love them but they are SO disgustng! And every time you go out to eat they try to throw them at you! HELP! lol

We have a treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike. Plus free weights. So I workout at home, or I walk & play street hockey with my 9 year old. When it gets warmer we also have a pool so I can add swimming!

I take flax seed oil which is also good for your heart but is vegetarian & you don't have to worry about mercury (in fish).

You have to search but sometimes you can find healthy snacks at a Dlolar Store! Granola bars, dried fruit, trail mix. Just be sure you recognize the brand, foods from other countries aren't always up to US standards.

April 3 65 minutes of exercise (1 hour and 5 mins.) 30 walk on treadmill and 35 street hockey with my son.
