Weekly check in group? :D

Hey guys, I'm struggling to get back on track and was thinking maybe a group where we all check In our weights and/or measurements may be a good idea? :D I find the thought of knowing that I've got to tell people if I've lost or gained helps with sticking to my calories!

If anyone is interested let me know! :)

    I was actually just wanting to start the same thing :) Add me, I'm definately in. I'm planning on posting my stats here every Sunday if that works for the rest of you?
  • I definitely need to get on top of my measurements and my calorie counting as I've not been keeping track and that needs to change, so count me in aswell.
