When I was younger I would eat right during the week and go crazy on the weekend. But with age It has reversed itself. I can barely eat enough to meet my 1200 calories on the weekend. I did 10 days of level1 and 5 days of level 2 and the scale increased. I know it's muscle so I decided to stop for 1 or 2 weeks and only do cardio to see if that was the case. I lost a couple of pounds but I miss doing the shred. I will probably wait another week before I start back.

I'm a single mother so most of the responsibility is on me all the time. I exercise as soon as I get home from work. That allows me to calm down from work. My kids understand to allow me that time. I usually exercise 30 to 40 min 6x a week. It can be done. Good luck with your job interview.

@shadowcasting Make sure to watch your fat. That's what happened to me; I lost initially and then I gained the 5 pounds back. I found out that I was going over my fat. Jillian Michaels has a dvd where it claims you'll lose 20 pounds in 30 days. I would put it in the category of a kind of circuit training. It's only 20 minutes long.

I have a free app on my phone called cardio trainer and I entered my weight and strapped it to my arm (my phone) and it gave me how many calories I burned; then I compare that number with what the calories say under circuit training.
