I haven't lost any weight (I'm a hard person to lose weight) but I can definitely see a difference in my inner thighs and butt. I can now fit into a smaller size even though I haven't lost any weight.

I'm on my 6th week of Brazil Butt Lift. I love it!!!! Cardio Axe is my favorite. I do like them all (other than Tummy Tuck) it hurts my back. So, on the days that it calls for Tummy Tuck, I'll do Shawn T's hard core abs. Good Luck!!!

I have a proform HRM. I purchased mine on HSN for $25.00. It has a chest strap and watch. I'm really glad I purchased one because my elliptical machine was way off on calories burned. Good luck.

You know there's a section under foods and my receips where you can enter your own meals. I do that all the time because I cook most of my meals from scratch. Good Luck.

My elliptical usually shows 500 plus calories burned for 30 minutes with a incline of 30% and level 8 resistance. I purchased an HRM and it shows me as buring 420. The machine was way off. I'm usually sweating bullets.

I agree. My doctor told me because I have a large frame I won't go to much below where I am (200-203). The little devil on my shoulder wants to proof her wrong :devil: lol.

I just want to clarify. I wasn't downing any one size or body frame. I was just asking if anyone had been in this situation and if they had pushed pass their weight loss stall and what they did to get pass that stall. I did not take this as being "smart assed". I asked the doctor and she said with my body frame and the exercising that I'm doing my body is basically fine where it is.
