I definitely think you should be eating more than just fruits for lunch. Don't get me wrong, fruits are great for you and you can have them maybe as a side or dessert, but you're majorly lacking protein in that category. Maybe opt for some grilled chicken or some other sort of protein with veggies for lunch, that ought to…

If you're sick you should give your body a rest. Eat mindfully and right, especially since you want to do your body good by eating healthy veggies, butternut soup, etc. Things that will make you feel good. But there's no need to make yourself exercise if youre sick

I have to agree with everyone else, having a big bottle of water next to me as I eat so I'm constantly taking big gulps to fill my stomach up more. Before I eat I drink at least a cup of water, and after I will try to do the same. You'll be surprised at how full your stomach feels after so you'll have no desire to stuff it…

First of all, congratulations on your success!!!! You have all the right to indulge a little tonight, but be careful with using food as a "reward" for weight loss..it's typically recommended that you reward yourself in other ways

All it means is your body's craving a little chocolate..this is coming from the biggest chocoholic alive! haha..just next time PLAN on eating chocolate instead of mindlessly going for it. This way not only will you not over-splurge, but you will enjoy it more than just mindlessly eating 2 spoonfuls. What I would do is…

Success is definitely more than just a number, when I FEEL like I'm successful, when I'm content with the choices I've made and when I KNOW that I've tried my hardest and given it 100% and learned something, that to me is success

Congrats!! It's amazing how much easier it gets with time! Just this weekend I went on a mini vacation out of the state and I thought I would go over b/c I would be out of my comfort zone and typical routine, but no..I just made healthy choices when we ate out and snacked on fruits and nuts throughout the day--ended up…

It definitely can't hurt you. The thing about water is that if you have it with every meal it also helps you feel fuller quicker and most of the time when we eat because we think we're hungry it's really our body telling us it's thirsty. I aim to drink a minimum of 8 cups of water a day. Start out small and start…

Would it help if instead of setting up for example 3 main meals a day (breakfast/lunch/dinner) you set up your diary so that it's 5-6 small "snacking meals a day? You can plan it out so that each small meal is around 200-250 calories. That also helps your metabolism keep on going, and you could spread these out throughout…

Success to me is being able to achieve my personal goals--whatever they may be. It's working hard enough and seeing the results, not only in the number in the scale, but also seeing the results that it has boosting my self-confidence. I'm just a much happier person when I accomplish things I set my mind to, particularly…
