Start July 1st: 167 Goal July 31st: 162 Shooting for 5 lbs. I would love to get down to 160 but seeing as though I'm on vacation for the month in N.H. I'm not sure that's doable. Gonna try my best to stay on track!

June 1st: 173.4 June 30th: 167 Down 6lbs. this month, pretty good considering this past weekend was the only one I managed to stay on track. So happy to have made it through a weekend without going back into the 170s. Hopefully I've seen the last of them:smile:

Starting weight June: 173.4 Current weight: 172.2 I managed to get down to 168 on Friday, but we went away last weekend for our anniversary and now I'm back up again :grumble: There's been something going every weekend. I'm hoping nothing comes up to throw me off this weekend. I'm determined to brake out of the 170 's once…

Well I managed to get down to 169.4 by Saturday morning. Unfortunately we celebrated my birthday both sat. and sun. When I stepped on the scale Sunday morning I was back up to 174.8, I didn't even check Monday morning to see how much more I gained. Since I felt like crap I decided to fast on Monday to help get me back into…

I know the feeling! I'm down 4lbs. Since Monday and i have a birthday party on Saturday so guaranteed I'll be back up by Monday. Every weekend I seem to get thrown off.

I haven't had very good luck with fat bombs, but these sound delicious.

Starting weight June: 173.4 Goal for end of June: 165 I would really love to hit 160 by the end of June, but that's probably not realistic. I have a birthday party this weekend and fathers day next weekend plus a retirement party, so losing even 8 lbs may be tough.

I need to do something! I keep slipping up every couple of weeks and gaining it back. Starting to get real discouraged.

Bookmarking this post for all the good info. I have a few birthday parties coming up and they always knock me off track.

Sounds like the Dukkan diet I did last year for a while. It wasn't too bad. Their oat bran pancake was good. I enjoyed eating lots of fish, egg white omelets and buffalo chicken. My biggest problem was getting in enough calories every day. Protein is very filling and without the fat, low Cal. That's why I switched to Keto.…

I like making egg drop soup. Bring chicken broth to boil, add butter and sometimes a handful of baby spinach, scramble an egg and slowly drizzle it into the soup, cooks up quick. Makes a quick easy meal. Love the idea of the mushroom soup! Definitely need to try that one, thanks for posting it

I've been following a ketogenic diet off and on for about 7 months. I recently had my annual cholesterol test and it was still under 200 having dropped a few points and my HDL had climbed from 54 to 62. My doctor said that was great.

Thanks, I'll have to try that :)

Sounds interesting, what do you make with it?

Macadamia nuts or fresh raspberries and dark chocolate

I've often wondered what to do about the bacon fat. I thought the fat was included in the fat count for the bacon. After I fry my bacon in the morning I fry my eggs in the bacon fat then pour the leftover geese in my dish to dip the eggs in. I was afraid if I threw it away I would be short on the fat grams calculated.…

Good article, too bad this is going to turn into a war zone. It happens every time someone points out the befits of a low carb lifestyle

11/04/2013 - 162 11/11/2013 - 158.8 The first weigh-in of 162 isn't "real", it is the result of a bad weekend of Halloween candy and Chinese food :blushing: . I weighed 159 the week before
