click on "goals" and then "edit goals" (green button)...then you can set any parameter you like. :)

FYI You can adjust your goals and up your protein, I adjusted mine to 1 gm of protein per kg (of my weight). I think that is a bit more reasonable....plus it helps rein in my carbs (which I could live on!) Good luck!

I like the eat more, exercise more idea....when you need chocolate, frankly you just need it! Also, can you go on the pill? That helped me A LOT! It just evened things out all around...I take a low estrogen dose pill....maybe ask your doc?

It is frustrating I agree! Just keep your eyes on the prize....it always comes back to eat less, move more...but the NSAIDS are not helping! Don't be to hard on yourself!!! (remember, fluid retention means larger measurements too). :flowerforyou:

Thanks guys, all good advice, and the "friends" thing is a great way to stay connected!
