I made this last night and it was really good. The cranberries and bacon were a nice mix. After baking it for 40 minutes at 350, and then 10 minutes at 450, I then turned on the broiler and cooked it for a few minutes. That seemed to crisp up the bacon a little. I'll be making this again, and will switch up the stuffing…

I third (unless there is someone else that added) bizco's answer. You have to be more active so on top of your daily, you add more exercise.

Yes, I am for what he said. I've always been 110% for this. Show me that dinner will cost 3400 calories, and I'll just opt for the 1200 calorie salad. lol.

That's the crazy thing. I'm not really into it. I didn't even want to start watching this when I did. But I'm glad I did. I think Paranormal Act I and II are fun and intense. Not so much 3.

You can't look at an exercise as "what's the best type" for cardio exercises. If you don't want a gym membership, go and purchase a heart rate monitor. Ask your doctor and/or google "heart rate calculator" to find your ideal heart rate range and go walk fast. Aim to walk for 30 minutes, with 2-5 minute warm and a 2-5…
