My thoughts exactly.

As other people have mentioned, typically your boobs will shrink proportionally. I've lost almost 60 pounds so far and while I've lost 6 inches in my bust, my cup size has remained the same (38G to 32G). I'm actually grateful for the fact that they got smaller; I tried on an old bra over the weekend while I was bagging up…

I'm a 32 G and the Panache sports bras have always worked really well for me.

I'm 5'6 and started at 217 and I'm currently 164 with no loose skin to speak of. It's partially genetics and partially the rate at which you lose weight; you want to give your skin time to catch up to your shifting weight.

I weigh myself everyday, mostly out of curiousity. I "officially" weigh in on Saturday mornings, though, and that's the weight I record every week.

Many times depression is actually chemical, so I'd definitely speak to someone. Even if it's situational (large weight loss can be very disorienting), it would still be good to talk to someone who can guide you through what you're feeling.

I've had experience with this in spades, as both my parents and most of my extended family on my dad's side are alcoholics. It's a thing I grew up being around (I'm 24 now). It's an impossibly tough thing to deal with, because someone you love is engaging in incredibly self destructive behavior and there's nothing you can…

On average, one in six women will be sexually assaulted in their life time. And we're taught that if we do, it's our fault for not being vigilant enough. It's not a ****ing joke.

Not at all. It's a part of my history, you know? And I'm not down with being ashamed of any part of my past that's made me who I am. For me it's mostly really strange, because I can't remember what it was like, even though I lived it for so long.

You'll definitely go down a few sizes, but it'll probably be proportional to the size of your body. I started out as a 38 G and I just resized and now I'm a 34 H. I technically went up a cup size, but only because I've lost more from under my bust. Measurements before losing: Bust- 45 Under bust- 38 Current measurements:…

As everyone else has said, if you eat that few calories, you'll lose muscle along with fat. Stop considering the aethetic effect of that for a second (even though that's the first thing that comes to mind). Your heart is made of muscle. Your body isn't selectively eating muscle in your arms or your your thighs; it's eating…
