SW: 228 CW: 227 GW: 179 Goal for Sept: 220 Weigh-in Dates: 9/1: 228 9/8: 227 9/15: 9/22: 9/30: I'm working on gaining control of my evening binge eating, while at the same time upping my exercise. Enough is enough. My exercise would be jogging, so I'm transitioning from walking to a slow jog. Good luck to us all.
