I only use a natvia based sweetener in things like hot chocolate, mint tea or chocolate mousse so I guess I am at a minimum. I don't like sweet coffee so I don't have it every day! :)

Ketostix are binary. They only detect excess Ketones (aceto-acetate) being excreted in urine. You are either in or out. There is no way of knowing if you are deeper in Ketosis without testing your blood. When you get deeper purple, it can mean that you are dehydrated so drink more! I wouldn't worry about how much cholesterol you are eating. Your body actually manufactures 90% of it's needs anyway. All you really need to track is Fat, Protein and Carbs and stick to your macros. The rest is just extras.

I only miss things when I go to France. Croissants in France are far removed from the dry, disappointing pastry they serve up in other countries. So, Croissants and Fresh Baguettes would be my weakness. Proper French ones though.

Can I use 425g (15oz) fresh pumpkin (steamed and pureed) instead? I have no idea what canned pumpkin is like lol. Thanks! I was going to ask about leaving out the Almond Milk. It's not something I usually have in the fridge.

Guy here. It's amusing to note that a women's ideal size is 6-8, yet a man's idea of the perfect size for a woman is 10-12 :D My suggestion is aim for that 10-12 and if you are still unhappy with the way you are, just tone it up! Men like a few curves!

I put on about 1.2kg when I had a cheat day of Fish & Chips and a Nando's Wrap (with fries) in desperation to break a plateau. Now almost 3 weeks later I'm 3kg lighter. If I weigh less than 96kg in the morning, plateau is broken! Anyway, don't choose to have a cheat day. I felt weird all day, and like crap for 4 days…
