Way to go!!! I gave up soda many years ago & I know it’s hard. I drink ice tea with Splenda & fresh lemon now & I love that better.

I don't know about using it to diet, but I use it everyday... I cook with it & use it like butter on toast... I also use it on my hair & skin.... Since i started using coconut oil instead of other oils, my cholestrol levels have became normal .....

I'm 5'4" & weigh 141... 16 lbs too much, but since I have skinny arms/legs people think I'm skinny.. I know how to dress & keep my fat areas (waist) hidden. lol

I start my day out with 1 egg, 1-2 pcs of bacon & either fruit or multigrain toast with coconut oil....

If it is fat, you need to add more cardio to burn it... If it is skin, I'm not sure what would help...

I agree with the learn to cook theory.... Those frozen meals may be low in calories, but extremely high in sodium & sugar... There is a great website that has low calorie recipes called 'Skinny Taste".. I would try & eat as many fresh foods as possible....

I lost 15 lbs on WW, but then it stopped,,, No matter what I did, the scale wouldn't budge.. So I'm not trying MFP to see what happens... I love that I can hook it up with my fitbit.... I'm looking for friends that I have something in common with...
