Not losing pounds or inches..
I'm 5'4.5" & weigh 141 at the moment... I am small boned... Last year I went on Weight Watchers & lost 15 lbs, down to 135.... Since then I keep losing & gaining 5 lbs... I personally want to get down to 125-128... I feel best at that weight... I eat 1150-1200 calories a day, most of the time.... I try & walk 45-90 min a…
