Aha ...crap.I left weights on the squat bar. I just walked away and didn't even think about taking them off. Maybe I am lacking common sense afterall.

Thank you for the replies everyone. I honestly appreciate it. I am a polite person so didn't really need the suggestion of using common sense and It's not rocket science. I'm glad it came easy for you but maybe it isn't as easy for everyone.

Thank you for your replies. I'm not becoming a good cop, I have not mentioned anything about this to them at all. Simply a mom who realized how small a serving of peanut butter is and got to thinking. I want to do the very best for them is all.

I think I'd qualify as skinny fat. 5'4" 135 pounds. So in clothing its not looking too bad but pretty flabby without. Been doing some strength training classes and gearing myself up to start some heavier lifting.

I don't find the running skirts I've seen look modest. I found them them showy and goofy looking (your hitting the gym...a skirt...really?). To me it seems like it would be more appropriate for a game of tennis or something. black capri tights are modest and flattering on most people and don't call attention to your butt…

Unless it's a regular occurrence I'd probably just log my max calories, try to excersise that day and enjoy.

For some reason my ability to push really varies from work out to work out. Some days i feel i've pushed to near max and others I feel I wimped out (last night was one of those. I love group power. ..do it three times a week. I log it under cardiovascular as strength training. Gives me about 175 calories for the hour which i think its a decent estimation.
