To me. .. maybe this is sick. ... but no point going to the movies if I'm going to skip the popcorn. I always eat little/healthy the rest of the day and splurge on popcorn. I usually just get a small though I never say no to butter:)

Yes I agree. I very rarely buy the specialty gluten free stuff (bread, bagels, wraps, muffins, cookies). Its pretty easy to get used to going without them (I forget people actually eat their burgers on buns...weirdos lol) and then its a treat when you really want to splurge on the cost and calories. I did gain weight after being diagnosed but it was because i was mourning the foods i could no longer have and binging on thebones i could. 40lbs of m&m peanuts basically. I dont think you'll necessarily gain though if your being aware.

I agree, i think it'll be too big. Too bad in a way cuz its very pretty (love the color!) But awesome in a way too! The top looks like there is too much gappy material. You could alter it or have it altered. Much smoother from the back view....very nice!

A lot of people have gas issues with cucumber. Hopefully you can figure out what's causing the issue without having to write off raw veggies all together .

Oh wait. I kind of lied. I didn't make the crust. I use Kinninick gluten free crusts (1/2 makes a decent filling pizza for me for 250 cal) and add my toppings. I don't go heavy on cheese cuz I dont really love it anyways.

Just had homemade pizza and tonnes of veggies for roughly 400 calories so nope...not hungry at all! :)

Thank you all so much. I've been watching you tube videos. Today I lowered the weight and used a step so I didnt have to go down to the floor. Im determined to nail it! Ii think I'm still going into to much of a squat like position rather that tipping forward at the hips. Practice practice practice!

Awesome. I look pretty close to your Aug. Picture right now (tummy area anyways....I have less chest, poor me) and just switched from a big deceit and crazy cardio to a strength training program. I hope i can see this kind of improvement. You should feel fantastic!

We have a "family" change room at the y and last week i saw a women showering full nude with her 12 ish y/o son and 8ish y/o daughter and full view of other parents and kids. Not something i would do. ... or think she should have done... but I guess some just don't care.

I order my big mac with out a bun and eat it with a fork. Soo tasty. I have celiac so bun isn't an option for me but I dont honestly miss it at all and it makes the big mac about 300 + a few calories ( can't remember exact.)
