Thanks for the reply. Im not really sure of my BF%. Been lifting for 5 months but mostly high reps and not necessarily progressive .

That is why I mentioned 'reasonable' price . I know ON is expensive. Since the price varies a lot from place to place I wanted to know which is the best place to get it.

I'm sharing my personal experience on this. I carb cycled for a month. 3 low carb days followed by 1 high carb day. Results as per scale were great . Lost 3-4 lbs a week,but it made me weaker and tired during my workouts. I lift 5x and cardio 3x but thats just me. I would say its beneficial. Do your own trial and error and…

I felt a decrease in muscle mass along with fat loss since a few days . I know protein shakes don't aid fat loss but I was wondering if they will help with recovery and maintain muscle since im losing it with fat coz of low calorie diet

Haha thats fine ! My trainer asked me to have a cup of coffee and some water before workout and asked me to let him know if Im falling short of energy when i do my workout. I never felt the need so I continue !

Can i just have it on days I dont reach my protein goal ? or is it really the pre and post work out stuff that matters ? For example I realise I dint consume enough protein through the day at dinner time ..can i have it then ?

I eat egg whites SURELY in my breakfast which is my post workout meal ..and chicken breast or fish for dinner..my only concern is the other 2 meals where I might lack non-vegetarian sources of protein

I get proteins from meat most of the time but sometimes its not possible. So i was wondering if vegan sources will do the job since I too read about them missing essential amino acids. Thank you !

No restrictions of any kind. Its just not feasible to have meat all the time. No time to cook sometimes :)
