yeah but you might be hungrier cause bad foods will contain more calories so you will only be able to eat less

eat healthily, pray more, exercise at least 5 or 3 times per week, maintain weight, help others

its good and motivating to see realistic goals, i always try too hard and think that i have to lose a stone a month and then when i dont, i lose my umph and motivation. 30 pounds by april sounds great. I hope we all meet our goals and keep the weight off too!!!

just try to remember how awsome it feels when your sweating and panting, although it is hard exercise feels great especially when your at your peak ! COME ON YOU CAN DO IT. the firs day is usually the hardest but once you start it feels amazing. i think you just need that one big push to start! GOOD LUCK :smile:
