Hey. This sounds like a good challenge for over this summer My SW is 13.10st and I would like to lose 6 lb or more this month. Goal 1 - eat healthy meals within calorie limit. Goal 2 - workout at least 4 times a week. (5 would be good) Goal 3 - NO junk or takeout for this month.

Just completed Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Yay! :)
-
Just finished day 11 so first day on level 2. 😁🎉 my arms are killing me. I allowed myself to have a few short breaks cause it is sooo much harder than level 1 and I can slowly build up strength. I am determined to complete full 30 days!!.

Would you rather have the "full fat" version of the stuff and have less or the diet version. Which do you think keeps cravings at bay more. Sometimes when i try to have a bit to keep myself a little satisfied it works but sometime cause the food is in the house I end up eating all of it wbu?

I too have been eating too much and too unhealthy for the last two days. I went off track after my weight which I expected to lose but gained 2lb. It made me feel so bad and I seriously need to lose these last 25 lb within 3 months
-
Well I weighed myself today and have gained 2lb
-
I'm in. Need to lose another 29 lb to my additional 29 that I have already lost. Hope to achieve this in about 3 months
-
I'm in. See you here first of April I will add my measurements then.

Originally when I started a fasting diet the 5.2 ok was really good on the 500 calorie days This was a few months ago but now I just end up binging later on in the day or eating things like chocolate. I think I should just leave that diet for a while and stick to a healthy am9int of calories. What do u think
-
I'm like this too. Constantly thinking about food or what I have eaten. Now every time I see food I instantly start trying to calculate how many calories are in it I feel like I'm obsessing over it. Driving me crazy I just want a healthy relationship with food
-
Omg I'm exactly like this. The first thing I seem to do when I get home is eat anything I can find. I hate it and I really need to stop
-
Long term goal - lose 58 lb currently lost 29 so about half way there Short term goal - get back on track. Stay motivated and displined to eat the right amount of foods and the right foods. Don't give up
-
Anyone have any ideas why . Does it matter What do I need to do to get that same feeling??
-
Im definetly in, i am actually on day 2 of my 90 day challenge. Feel free to add me so we can support each other. My first mini goal is to lose 15 pounds.

yea, yea i said eating too much sugar is not good for you, and i did not compare the chart to my example - i gave an example of as to how eating too much sugar and still being within your bmi does not necessarily mean that you are fit and healthy.
-
well eveything about this post i created was supposed to be about eating a balanced diet within your cals, and therefore i was asking people about whether they prefer low cal treats to normal treats when they are craving something.
-
no but i wish i could, i mean sometimes i cook things in advanced and keep them in the fridge for the next day but i forget about them and end up eating something else :(
-
well done good weight loss, kepp up the good work however eating too much sugar is not good (and no i am not talking about natural sugars found in fruit etc.) saying that you eat sugar and still are losing weigh if it is over the amount everyone should consume on a daily basis does not mean that it is doing anything good…
-
alright guys gees, calm down. yes i know that it exactly my point. :)
-
a good thing to do is to slightly change how many calories you eat whether is is once or twice a week or one week one amount and then another week a different , i heard this anyway - i think its supposed to stop you from plauteing quickly and to keep your body guessing
-
i know that they are good for you but in appropriate amounts however the amount that you tend to find in foods which are things such as chocolate/cakes/crisps is so high that eating even small amount of these sorts of foods give you more than your daily allowance so therefore it makes you gain weight if you eat them often…
-
mee to now that you mention it, lol
-
sorry, i meant that i know that they are not healthy as they still contain fat and sugar. the only benifit to them is the fact that they contain fewer calories.
