I have 90 pounds to lose. I started my journey three weeks ago today and have lost six pounds so far. My question is does anybody know if walking six days a week for forty five minutes a day enough exercise?

    Excercise is great, but what is really going to move to needle on the scale is diet. CICO. Remember, you lose weight in the kitchen, not in the gym ;)

    That's up to you. Calorie deficit=weight loss, exercise=fitness.

    Wow you are doing more than I could when I first started. Two pounds a week is a great average. You are doing well.
