yeah but then it might mean that i would end up eating more calories, i know they are healthy as they still contain sugar and fat but there are less cals in them and they dont really satisfy cravings.

its not really that i crave for or want pizza it more just that when friend and family order it while i am there, i see it and then i waant it. i would not go out of my way for it and order or make it myself, its only when it is there and available

buy smaller size chocolate bars (or whatever you want) then it wont matter if you eat the whole thing whereas is you buy a big bag/pack/bar then you might end up eating way too much. Plus its okay to allow some treats, right. :wink:
