Soda, it was a serious addiction. I don’t like soda from a can so I would buy the 16oz bottles, and would drink 4+ a day. I’m saving a boatload of money on my grocery bill now, and saving the environment.

5’7”, but for some ungodly reason I tell people 5’8”. I’m not sure when or why this vicious lie started.

I’ve lost 118 pounds and have about 50 more to go, but for some reason people are just noticing now, or are just asking how I’ve lost it now. And are shocked when I tell them I cut calories and log everything that goes into my mouth. They really do expect a fad diet or magical pills. The truth is though, I liked it better…

With the exception of bras, jeans and sweaters, everything goes in the hamper after wearing one time.

No keto here, I <3 cake. Oh and I’ve lost 112lbs with just a calorie deficit, and still eating cake ;)

Hi. I completely understand your Achilles issues. I finally had my left one repaired the end of 2016, I can deal with the right one for now. I wear converse for my everyday shoe. For fitness I wear Nike flyknit. They backs don’t have the large padding that typically rubs on the tendon. They have been life saving shoe for…

I ride a 2000 HD Fatboy. My Husband rides 2008 Road King. We also have a 2001 Dyna Police bike that will be passed down to my daughter in a couple of years.

I weigh daily, but only track on Saturday Morning. I’m totally over stressing the fluctuations so weighing everyday isn’t a big deal for me. I did change my weigh in day to Saturday morning because we tend to eat out more durning the weekend, even though I’m within my calorie goal, the higher sodium content made me retain…

I started at 316 lbs, I’m now 206, so I guess I’m “legitimately obese and trying”.

Annoyed that I have to get out of my warm bed and get ready for work. Why can’t I just win the lottery?

I’ve lost a 2 month old horse and 9 giunea pigs = 109 lbs. Crazy when you really think about it!

Why would I, should I care?

Current mini goal is to find Onederland...10lb away!

If the pictures are supposed to match what is logged, I see a lot of food in the pictures that is not reflected on your log...potatoes, oils, squash, sesame stick.. Those extra calories here and there can really add up...it is mind numbing but you have to track everything. I don't use my scale all the time, only when i see…

Skinnytaste.com is a great website for recipe ideas.

^This I would kill myself also! Here's a good question for you, is this something you could see yourself eating for the rest of your life? They may see "incredible results in a short time" but what happens down the road when they stop following this diet because it is boring and there are not a lot of options? Remember,…

First off I want to congratulate you for taking the first steps to becoming the new you. When you have a lot to lose the first couple of weeks you do drop a lot of water weight. When I first started I lost 10 pounds the first 2 weeks, the next week I lost 1lb. Whoa, I was not prepared for that...What was I thinking I could…

I have done both but prefer MFP. I am usually a very private person and never really got into the group meetings. Paying to weigh in weekly wasn't beneficial or practical for me. I am in this for the rest of my lifetime and I find it is much easier to just log without all the points value research. I have lost weight with…

YOPA Greek Yogurt, it's a bit of an addiction for me.

Hi! I love skinnytaste.com, I use her recipes probably at least 5 times a week. Also, on MFP someone posted a great recipe for Big Mac Casserole (tastes just like a big mac). I made it last night and it was amazing. I food shop on $400 a month, that is breakfast, lunch and dinner for a family of 5. I purchase my fruits and…
