If you're not hungry don't eat breakfast. On the plus side... you can have more calories for lunch or dinner!

Maybe things as simple as grilling chicken breast and putting cheese and ranch on hers and eating yours plain? Or steaming vegetables and adding extra butter to hers.
-
I had that happen with my old running shoes. Maybe its time for new ones?
-
For those of you with a fitbit one, does it register when you ride on a bike/stationary bike? My force doesn't so I was just curious.
-
Go for a 30 minute walk. Its low impact and might get you in the mood to do something else!
-
Did you replace the calories from those carbs with something else? Or did you just reduce your calories and lose weight?
-
hahaha wow! I agree with everyone else. You just need to try new things. There is no way you hate EVERY fruit and vegetable.

You can disable the negative adjustment in your settings. I personally like it because it motivates me to move more, especially on the weekends when I just want to veg out.

I like the sausage breakfast burritos.

Traders Joe's has wasabi flavored roasted seaweed. I mix tuna with mayo and wrap the seaweed around it. It tastes a little bit like sushi.

You can absolutely have hot wings and ribs. Just make sure they fit into your calorie allowance for the day. I eat what my boyfriend is eating and I usually add a low calorie vegetable side. For the wings I would have added carrot and celery sticks. For the ribs a salad or roasted broccoli. You can eat the same delicious…

I've always wore a bikini even at my heaviest. Honestly I feel more comfortable if I'm tan...I think it hides flaws! haha

I would recommend a fitbit to anyone. I was overestimating my tdee on days that I did not go to the gym. The fitbit gives a good estimate of calories burned. Plus it really motivates me to move more. I make sure to get in my 10,000 steps a day which adds up to little changes, (parking my car further away from a store/work,…

I'm 5'8. Started at 177, currently at 158 and my goal is 140!
-
Congrats on the weight loss. Just a thought though...I'm an inch taller than you and started at 177 and I am now 158 (pretty similar stats). It took me 4 months to lose 18 lbs but I was able to eat a lot more calories and lost more fat than lean mass. Quick losses mean you are losing more muscle than you probably want to.…

Really? Peanut butter, ice cream and wine. Problem solved!

If you really don't want whatever they are offering just say "no thanks" and leave it at that. If you do want it but you are "dieting" just remember everything in moderation and make it fit your calorie allowance.
-
I think they are fine if you don't have time to cook. It might be cheaper in the long run to make sandwiches or some soup for lunch. I have lean cuisines on occasion if I forgot my lunch and it never killed me!
-
I agree with the coffee! I'll drink it after lunch if I feel like snacking but I'm not really hungry.
-
I have a juicer and I use it occasionally because I like juice. It is expensive though so maybe once every couple of months I'll make a carrot, apple, beet and strawberry juice. Its not a diet or lifestyle...its just occasional juice that tastes good.

Is there a personal pizza size? I need to find that!
-
I like California pizza kitchen's thin crust bbq chicken pizza. You can eat 1/2 of it and its less than 600 calories. I'm not sure what your calorie goals are but it fits mine just fine plus its delicious!
-
Like others have said...don't track your sugar. I stopped after 2 clementines and an apple put me over for the day.

If I know I am eating out, I check online for calories and pick something that works with my daily allowance and that I want to eat. If it is something higher in calories I make sure to run a few extra miles or eat light the rest of the day.
-
This morning I had a homemade breakfast sandwich 100 calorie English muffin 1 egg 1 egg white 2 slices of bacon total is 293 calories, I usually add a slice of cheese that is 110 calories but I ran out.
-
I log and weigh everything. I prefer less guessing. I had half a sandwich bag of baby carrots today (6 ounces) and it was 70 calories. Vegetables can add up.
-
I generally pack my lunch for budget reasons. Most of the fast food I do get is off of the value menus, just make sure it fits your day!

Also I was stalled for MONTHS until I started weighing and measuring every calorie that I eat. Weighing makes a huge difference. For me personally…

Beer and a water bottle. I brought Chinese one time, the entire theater smelled like orange chicken!
