I think its important to make sure you are eating the correct amount of calories. If you don't weight yourself how would you know if you are losing lbs? I log my weight on MFP everyday. I like to see the graph! :p

I look at my weekly calorie deficit. I wouldn't advise "binging" on the weekends though. If I have extra calories from the week I'll have a couple beers more than usual.

Make sure you are eating enough calories. Also my boyfriend tried to quit using the patch and he felt dizzy and sick. Maybe that's part of it?

You don't need to eat breakfast if you don't want to. Timing of meals isn't important as long as you are eating the correct amount of calories. Personally I eat breakfast because I wake up every morning STARVING and I am very unpleasant in the morning if I skip it. Whatever works for you!

Honestly, if you don't plan on taking a diet pill for the rest of your life you are better off learning to eat within your calorie limits. I have a few friends that will lose weight quickly on diet pills and then gain it back once they stop.

I find I sleep much better on days that I exercise vs. days that I don't.
-
I started to weigh in everyday in the morning before food/exercise. Its easier to see trends that way.

Today I had a homemade breakfast sandwich 1 egg, 1 egg white, 2 slices of bacon, 1 slice of pepper jack cheese on a 100 calorie English muffin. 403 calories and delicious!

I had the bodybug and I now have the fitbit flex. I like the fitbit a lot better. I hated having to wear the arm band and having it show in nearly every outfit I wore. Also the monthly fee was annoying. The flex is a wristband but it just looks like a watch.

I make a large crockpot of soup on Sunday an eat that during the week. Or I just make a quick sandwich the night before. If you have time to make dinner every night then leftovers is always easy! ETA: Mason jar salads work too!

I was surprised to see that I had lost a pound from the last weigh in (about 1.5 weeks ago).
-
I'm not really changing anything that I eat. I'm just going to log A LOT more consistently.

I posted this questions earlier and did not get a response. Perhaps someone on this thread will know... I just got a fitbit force and I love it so far. I set it up following some advice on the threads. I set my activity level to sedentary, MFP estimated that I burn 1913 calories just sitting around (I work at a desk job).…

I have the fitbit force and I love it! I wasn't burning nearly as many calories as I thought, plus with the real time display is a little more motivation.

Christmas isn't a huge food day for my family. Apparently I am missing out!

Your friends will make fun of you for cheating chicken and vegetables? I think its time to find new friends. Do what is best for you!

Tickle his baby!

I personally look at things from a weekly perspective, some days I go over and some days I am under. For me as long as my week is on track I don't fret too much. ETA: I would log it on the correct day though!

On those days I have a glass of wine or two!
