You can add cauliflower to either mashed potatoes or macaroni and cheese and take out some of the potatoes/milk and butter. I promise you'll never be able to taste the difference. Hey there! I don't think you are eating enough! 1200 calories per day is not enough, especially with working out 6 days per week and if you aren't eating any of those burned calories back. Try for 1500 calories per day and weigh yourself once per week. Good luck!
