  • Feel free to add me too! On Week 2 Day 4 tomorrow - had to skip today unfortunately due to skin pain, and didn't want to aggravate into something worse. Hopefully it will be ok tomorrow!
  • Agreed. Especially since a new study has shown that a low intake of salt may actually do you more harm than good. http://www8.nationalacademies.org/onpinews/newsitem.aspx?RecordID=18311 I know myself if my intake is too low I get very bad cramps. So what I do is not stress too much about it and be moderate. :) More info…

  • One thing that helped me, and it sounds so silly, but I found out that when your body has filled up it's empty fat cells it then divides the existing ones and makes new ones. And once it does that, you can never ever get rid of that new cell (except lipo) - it will always be there ready and waiting, and I guess that's why…
  • Definitely this! Lift heavy and you will see the inches melt away! :) However if you do start weight training you will have to re-evaluate your food intake.

  • Heya all, Just completed Day 2 (not incl fit test) - and it's true to its word... it is insane! :D But the good type of insane. Looking forward to tomorrows workout. :)
