I would have loved to see your bosses face. Although, I guess it does depend on where you work. I work as a warehouse selector and walk for 10 hours out of the day. So squats and stretching and whatever else you can think of is pretty normal. Glad you got to spend time with you family. How old is your son?

I think weight lose and being healthy etc. is all a mind game. Or at least it is with me. First I had to admit that I didn't like the way I looked. Then I thought well I will just go for a walk every so often. Then one by one I added walking everyday, buying one more healthier option at the store, gym, food scale etc.…

I have found that many people just can't stand being alone and that they really didn't care about the person to begin with. It sucks and I know it isn't everyone but I swear sometimes it feels like it is lol. I on the other hand would be heartbroken for months or years if my husband was to just up and leave....or die

Ha ha ha Love this thread.I don't think I have stopped laughing. I must agree though I have been in both a FMM and FFM and if you don't do it right it sucks. I much prefer FFM. Girls are so much better at sex....not saying guys are not but women know how to please another woman soooo much better.

I love to take greek yogurt (any kind you like) and freeze it into bite size pieces. I can get about 56 bites out of a cup of yogurt and they are about 3 calories a bite. Its like having ice cream....but its good for you lol
