Your going to think I am strange but i even called over it. I was really annoyed that I lost my mile count and challenges. I wasn't going to make the 1000 miles but I was so close and I had worked hard all year

Find something to replace it. I went low carbs and I found some cheesecake desserts I can do. I add some protein powder and voila I have a filling sweet treat that doesn't hurt me lol. The key for me though was I had to get some small mason jars to put them in. Portion control at its best.

Hey cook it face up on about 375 for 45min to an hour. I love spaghetti squash!! I have been on a kick with it. I have made spaghetti squash mac and cheese, lasagna(meat and not meat), chicken boat and Alfredo. All is amazing and not bad for you lol. Personally the thing that has helped me the most is to measure myself. I do it every month. That way although I might hate what I see in the mirror the numbers don't lie. I go down inches every time I have done it. I know I am getting thinner even if I cant see it all the time. I hope that helps

I know this is stereotypical but I never talk to the men I work with about their weight. I have 2 females I work with and only 1 of them will I talk to. Now muscle gain I'm more incline to notice....maybe I'm just like muscle so I notice lol. I'm sure people have notice though but have not said anything.

I personally am doing walking,jogging and swimming. Swimming is harder for me to get miles but it is fun lol. I don't see why elliptical would be a problem but the biking might be. I can bike 10 miles without much effort....I would say use personal judgement. We want this to challenge us to do more and better. So if biking…

ha ha ha loved your pic!! I have not had a chance yet either. I totally missed my alarm this morning so I plan to swim laps and take my girls on a walk later this afternoon. that should get me to my goal today!! I am aiming for 4 mile a day this week just in case I can't make it one day!!
